We understand that travel plans may change.

Cancellation by Traveler

More than 90 days before departure

Full refund minus administrative fees and non-refundable supplier charges.

61–90 days before departure

25% cancellation fee applies.

31–60 days before departure

50% cancellation fee applies.

30 days or less before departure

No refund.

Non-Refundable Expenses

The following are generally non-refundable:
  • Airline tickets
  • Visa fees
  • Insurance premiums
  • Event tickets
  • Hotel deposits
  • Supplier penalties

No Show

Failure to join the trip, missed flights, late arrivals, voluntary withdrawal, or unused services are not eligible for refund.
